What is a meter request?

As part of most maintenance contracts, you are billed for your copier usage. The meter is used to calculate the usage. It is important for us to receive an accurate meter reading to ensure you are billed correctly.

How do I find my meter?

This varies depending on the make and model of your machine. These are the most common methods for finding your counts. If none of these work for you, please call our receptionist and she can assist you.

Konica Minolta
-Press the “Utility/Counter” button
-On the left of your screen, you’ll see “meter count”
-Press “meter count” and the total and/or black and color counts will pop up

Newer model Konica Minoltas will have a “menu” button on the front screen, then in the top left of the screen you’ll see a “counter” button.

Sharp
-Press either “system settings” or “custom settings”
-Press total count
-For some machines, you will have the options of “Job Count” or “Device Count” and you’ll select “Job Count”
-The total and/or black and color counts will populate on your screen

KIP
-On the screen there is a button that says “Help” (it looks like a question mark (?))
-We need the total square footage (meter A)

Alternatively, on the Konica Minolta and KIP machines, they also have a manual odometer on the outside of the machine, usually near where the main power switch is or on the side of the machine. This method however will only work for monochrome machines.

Can I pay my invoice with a credit card?

Absolutely! We gladly accept Mastercard or Visa over the phone or in person. You may also pay with cash or check.

I have a copy machine that is giving me an error code or is malfunctioning. What do I do?

You may submit a service request in any of the following ways:

How do I order supplies?

3 Ways to Submit a Supplies Order: 

  1. Click the Supply link above and complete the order form.
  2. Email supplies@bbesolutions.com. Please be sure to provide all the necessary information to ensure your order is delivered promptly; you may use the order form as a guide.
  3. Call our office and leave a message on our automated supply order line.

We highly advise our customers to keep toner in stock. However, if you are to completely run out, you can come pick it up in person. We do request that you call prior to coming by to ensure that the toner for your model machine is in stock.

Why was my service call returned by somebody in IT?

When contacting us for a service request, sometimes your call may be redirected to our IT Staff. This will happen when we believe the problem with your machine is networking and not mechanical in nature. Our IT Staff has the capability to log into your copy machine remotely via GoToAssist on our computers. This service is included in most service contracts. To find out if this service is included in your maintenance agreement, or to discuss adding this option, contact your sales representative.

My machine is down and I have a print job on a deadline!

If you have a time-sensitive service request, please call our office and request to speak to a service representative. We will do our best to troubleshoot over the phone to get you running until a service technician can come to your office.
